Vacation, in pictures

With the exception of a surprise stop in Mobile to have the water pump replaced, our vacation was perfect.

We camped with friends at St. Andrew's State Park in Panama City Beach.

At least we found a good mechanic in Mobile!

This is where we spent most of our time

These little guys were outside Publix, but we saw them everywhere!

We also did a good bit of this...

... and spent way too much time here.

We ate lots of great food...

...and managed to wake up at 4am one morning to watch the sunrise over the Gulf.

I spent some time here, trying to get the sand out of everything.

This guy didn't move for a long time. He just stared at us, being creepy and alligator like.

Turns out, some jellies don't sting.
Well, they do sting, but human skin is too thick for the stingers to penetrate.

I fell in LOVE with this camper! The owners were kind enough to show it to me and answer my questions. I have decided that I MUST own one and she will be pink and her name will be Roxy.

Of course, we went crabbing. This is Mr. Krabs. We also found Crabby and Krusty Krab.
(Don't worry - we released them!)

Not including the $275 emergency water pump, we spent around $700 for this vacation. Not bad at all, but I can tell you that a good chunk of that was food that we didn't need to buy. Any time we are in a new city and find lots of gluten free foods that we can't get locally, we go overboard.
